soy chai on table at cafe - march 5, 2001
one of the oddest drinks i’ve ever seen, chai with soy milk does some weird things. first off, it wasn’t so much a blend as it was a suspension. secondly, i wasn’t aware that soy milk frothed well. this cup obviously proves me wrong. eh well, not the first time there.
